◎ A piece of land ( about 32.8 mu) was taken over
for the construction of a new manufacturing workshop( Now
Section A of the Plant) in September,1992,which laid the foundation for the
future development of the enterprise.
◆1993年
◎ The new product of Ethinyl estradiol was trial-manufactured successfully in
August.
◎ The new product of Trimethylhydroquinone was trial-manufactured successfully in
November.
◆1994
◎ The cooperative shares system was performed in Xinchang
Synthetic Chemical Plant and the Board of Shareholders and the
Supervision Committee were set up in September.
◎ Trimethylhydroquinone was appraised as a state-level new product
in October.
◎ The R&D plan of Trimethylhydroquinone with 600t/y was listed as the
National Torch Program Plan by the National Science and
Technology Committee in December,1994,which was the first Torch
Program project that NHU has conducted.
◆1995
◎ The first sliding-vane-type oil pump was trial-manufactured successfully in
Petrochemical Workshop and was produced tentatively in January.
◎ NHU was appraised as the National Torch Program Excellent Enterprise in June.
◎ Zhejiang Ashen Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd was founded in Hangzhou Xiasha
Ecomomic Developing Zone in December.
◆1996年
◎ Isophytol, the state-level product, was put into formal
production in February.
◎ NHU was appraised as the key high-tech enterprise of the
State Torch Program in August.
◆1997年
◎ Xinchang Vitamin Plant, whose main products are basic
materials for pharmaceutics and feed additives, was founded in
March.
◎ The archives work has passed the appraisal of the target
administration by Zhejiang Province in December.
◆1998
◎ Xinchang Deli Petrochemical Equipment Factory was founded in June.
◎ Zhejiang Xindong Chemical Company Ltd. was founded in
December.
◆1999
◎ NHU Industrial Zone was founded in April at Tashan,Xinchang with
an investment of 0.352 billion yuan, covering an area of 700 acres.
◎ NHU Co, Ltd was reorganised on the basis of Xinchang
Synthetic Chemical Plant in April.
◎ NHU passed the ISO 9001 appraisal in September.
◎ Approved by Zhejiang Scientific Committee, NHU's
Fine-Chemical Engineering R&D Center was established in
December.
◆2000
◎ Zhejiang NHU Import & Export Co, Ltd was founded in
January.
◎ Accompanied by Mayor Feng of Shaoxing City, Yongxiang LU, president of
the Chinese Academy of Science, Mianheng Jiang, vice president of
the CAS and other heads concerned visited NHU Industrial Zone in April.
◎ As the only domestic enterprise delegate, Baifan Hu, CEO
of the company, attended the Scientific and Technological
Innovation Forum held in Hongkong by the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Hongkong Academy of
Engineering in Oct,2000. Mr Hu made a speech at the conference.
◎ NHU put in funds as shares to set up Zhejiang Paradise
Silicon Valley Investment Co, LTD in October.
◆2001
◎ With the approval of the Zhejiang Personnel Department,
NHU was listed as the experimental enterprise of Mobile
Postdoctoral Center of Zhejiang Province (only 3 in Zhejiang) in June.
◎ NHU annexed Anhui Wannan Pharmaceutical Plant and renamed it as Anhui NHU Wannan Pharmaceutical
Co,Ltd. in August.
◎ NHU was appraised as the Experimental Enterprise of
Informationization by Zhejiang Information Industry Department
in December.
◆2002
◎ The project of the two new products, Vitamin A Acetate
and Linalool, was appraised by the State Torch Program in March.
◎ The company passed the appraisal of ISO 14001
Environmental Administration System in August.
◎ The new product, Leaf Alcohol, was claimed to be a
state-level major new product by the National Economic and Trade
Committee in August.
