1. NHU offers welfare & pay as follows for full-time employees:

     Basic welfare that is ruled by the state
     Old-age pension
     Hospitalization insurance
     The insurance of child-bearing for woman employees
     Unemployment insurance

2. The system of an internal appointment system of professional ranks and titles

     Under the strict supervision of the administration system, the company breaks the arrangement of promotion by way of seniority and adopts the internal appointment system instead. 
    A university graduate with ability and contribution can be promoted with the title of engineer though he's been in the company only for a year. His new professional rank approved by the company is directly related to his salary and bonus.

3. The system of getting the post by competition

     Most of management and research posts of the company are open for public competition. The company manages to provide every possible opportunity for various types of talents.

4. Inside and outside training

     The company has set up "the Employee Training Center". The staff training is conducted all the year round.
     The company also selects and allocates some excellent employees to go out for advanced study every year.
    Moreover, the training has also been run with relevant universities and colleges,  thus greatly increasing the staff's cultural quality.

5. Rationalization suggestion prize

     In order to enhance the employee's host consciousness, the company appraises rationalization suggestions through comparison and gives rewards every month. This practice creates an equal opportunity for each employee, and encourages him to do active thinking.

6. Holidays and activities

     The company conducts a five-day-a-week work system. Every employee has the right to enjoy duty-off days and holidays that are ruled by the state. The employee whose home is at the other part of the county has special holiday, as is ruled by the state, to visit his family. The company also allocates special funds for employees' outing and vocational tours every year.
